Jane Davis Christmas, age 95 and a resident of Boerne, Texas passed away on April 13, 2013. She was surrounded by her loving family. Jane was born in Fairmont, West Virginia to Oscar Davis and Stella G. Stack on March 14, 1918.

In her youth, Jane loved to get into mischief in the West Virginia hills. She rode horses, charmed snakes and attended a one room schoolhouse. Jane attended college for two years and later went to Washington, DC to work where she met her husband Walter E. Christmas to whom she was married for 61 years. Walt and Jane raised their children in Maryland and Pennsylvania and later retired to Savannah, Georgia where she loved to play golf, read, follow the Atlanta Braves and pursue her love of genealogy.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents, brother Oscar and sister Sarah, her husband Walter E. and their son, Michael Lloyd. She is survived by her daughter Nancy Adkins of Boerne, son Walter P. Christmas and his wife Henrietta of Corrales, New Mexico, two grandchildren Kevin, Patrick, his wife Keturah, and two great-grandchildren, plus several nieces and nephews who were very dear to her. Jane was a loving wife, mother and friend to many.
