William Mark Noles passed away in Boerne on Wednesday, January 23, 2013, at the age of 58. He was born in Ft. Knox, KY on November 10, 1954, to Willie and Mary Noles.
Mark was a Master Carpenter and heavy machine operator by trade who had a creative eye for design, unbelievable attention to detail, and an amazing talent for building both large structures as well as small extremely detailed models and personalized gifts. He was a kind and generous man with a loving spirit whose heart was bigger than Texas with a sense of humor that generated a million laughs. You could not find a more loyal friend who would do anything he could to help someone in need. He will be missed by many but the memories he left will live forever.
Mark is preceded in death by his mother Mary. He is survived by his father CSM Willie C. Noles (USA, Retired) and wife Phyllis; his sisters Debbie Neely and husband Mike of Olympia, WA and Susan Torres and husband George of San Antonio; his brother Kevin Noles and wife Cherie of Fair Oaks Ranch; his son Christopher Noles of TN; his nephews Brandon Neely of Olympia, WA, Robert Torres of San Antonio, Jackson Noles of Fair Oaks Ranch,;his nieces Merrily Neely of Yelm, WA, Tara Neely of Olympia, WA, Kristen Torres of San Antonio and his childhood and lifelong friends Richard Sumption of VA, William Sumption of GA and Walt Wharton of TN.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
