Obituary:

Margaret Marie Gyurko was born August 8, 1909, in Indiana Harbor, Indiana. She died peacefully at the age of 103 on Saturday, August 11, 2012, in Boerne, TX.

Margaret was a member of the Christ for the Nations Church in Dallas, TX. She served as a Missions Secretary for CFN-J Inc., USA, and was a dedicated contributor to the Christ for the Nations-Japan Bible School in Ishikari, a suburb of Sapporo, the capital of Japan's northern island of Hokkaido.

Mrs. Gyurko was preceded in death by her husband John Gyurko in 1976, and by her eldest son John Gyurko in 2001. Her surviving family members include: Margaret's eldest son's wife Mrs. John Gyurko (Arvada, CO), and her second son, Charles J. Gyurko and his wife S. Dianne Gyurko who reside in Fair Oaks Ranch, TX. Grandchildren and their spouses: Daryl Ann and Greg Meyer (Waco, TX,) and Mr. John and Lisa Gyurko, from Arvada, CO. Great grandchildren: the Meyer's eldest daughter, Mrs. Marisa A. Williams and her husband Aaron (The Woodlands, TX,) and Marisa's sister Miss Makenzie Meyer from Waco, TX, as well as John and Lisa Gyurko's three daughters; Paige Victoria, Fallon Elyse, and Haley Michelle from CO. Family members on Charles and Sadie Dianne's side of the family include: Sons and their wives: Chris and Regina Arthur (Fair Oaks Ranch, TX,) William and Julie Arthur (Boerne, TX,) James and Imelda Arthur (Laredo, TX.) Daughter and husband: Claire E. Honsalek and Timothy Honsalek (Cedar Hill, TX.) Grandsons: Jonathan Arthur, Karl Honsalek and wife Vanessa, Christian Honsalek, Albert Arthur, Zachary Arthur, Alan Arthur, Jordan Arthur, Jack Arthur, and Joshua Arthur. Granddaughters: Jessalynn Arthur, Cheraya Arthur, Jeanne Arthur, Elizabeth Dianne Honsalek, and Mia Arthur (Mia is in heaven.) Great grandson Ethan Arthur (son of Jonathan Arthur.)

The funeral will be Tuesday, August 14, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. at Ebensberger-Fisher Funeral Home. Interment will be Wednesday, August 15, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. at Rhodes Cemetery in Desoto, TX.
