Audrey Merle “Tootsie” Nolen Casanova passed away on January 4, 2011, in San Antonio at the age of 79. She was born in Laredo, TX on February 16, 1931, to Albert and Bertha Nolen. She is preceded in death by: her parents, her brothers Bill, Sam, and Joe Nolen; and her sisters Coreene Pope and Carrie Lee Hyde.

Audrey worked as a Dental Assistant for most of her life. In addition to that, for the last 20 years she also worked part-time at a nursing home because she enjoyed helping others. She loved to dance and listen to country western music. She also enjoyed being at the beach. Audrey had the most charming smile and often got her way because of it! She was stunning to behold. She loved her family and would lend her strength when it was needed.

Audrey is survived by: her two daughters Linda Andrick and Sherri McCampbell Fisher; her brother Larry Nolen and his wife Dixie; her grandchildren Alisha Andrick, Tawnya Audre Zepka and her husband Jerry, Aris Vogt and her fiancé Danny Stephens, Jenna Andrick, and Rustyn Fisher. She was blessed with great grandchildren; Tayler, Chesney, Colten, Brayden, Brenson, and Amiah.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2011, at 2 PM at Ebensberger-Fisher Funeral Home.
